The plastic needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride free. Designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives and safe for use to 100 psi. Package 100pcs/bag.
TT oblique needles provide fast and smooth action for fluids with high viscosityespecially for high viscosity or particulate fillters such as epoxy, PTV, silicon resin and solder paste. The needle has two configurations:
The flexible plastic transparent needle contains a time-sensitive adhesive that
protects against UV-sensitive flu, and the hard-steel opaque needle protects the light-sensitive fluid, helping to accurately position it in the automated dispensing process.
